Privacy
This notice explains how socialmotiondaily.com handles personal data. The operator is [Operator] and the contact address for data questions is [Email].
The contact form collects the name you type, your email address, the subject you choose and the text of your message. Nothing else is collected through the form.
We process that data to answer you, and where relevant to check and correct an entry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running an editorial guide and replying to the people who write to it. Providing the data is voluntary.
Messages are kept for as long as the correspondence is useful and then deleted. Correspondence that led to a correction may be kept longer as a record of why an entry was changed.
Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, which may include an abbreviated address, the page requested, the time and the user agent. These are used for security and for keeping the site running, and they are deleted on the provider's ordinary cycle.
There is no analytics on this site, no tracking, no advertising pixel and no third-party cookie. The site stores nothing in your browser: the single script it loads opens and closes the menu and does nothing else.
Data is processed by our hosting provider and our mail provider, each acting on our instructions under a written agreement. Nobody else receives it.
If a provider processes data outside your own country, that transfer is covered by the standard contractual protections the provider offers. We do not transfer data for any other purpose.
You may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or you may object to processing. Write to [Email] and we will answer.
You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
